Diagnostic Radiology Ultrasound & Breast Center serves patients in Buckhead with 3D Breast Tomosynthesis as well as a wide range of outpatient diagnostic services. Our advanced technology enables us to take a series of images from multiple angles around the breast. A computer then reconstructs the images to provide a 3D model of the breast. The 3D mammogram is currently performed as a complement to standard digital mammography at the same time, on the same scanner. There is essentially no noticeable difference in experience or time for the patient.
